This one is for sale, but the owners do not have a sales price. Its a single tenant building where the Tenant, Galderma, has fairly much vacated. There is still some term left on the lease, but the owners are looking to lease it to another single tenant or sell it to an owner-occupier. Owner sent me the OM from when they bought it in Feb 2022. $20 million is the minimum they would sell for, which is less than what they bought it for.
